Egg salad is a protein-packed dish that can support your weight loss journey and goes well for breakfast as well as untimely hunger pangs. Here is a simple recipe to make egg salad at home.
2 whole eggs 1 tsp black pepper 1 cup spring onion salt as per taste 1 tsp chilli powder 1 lemon 5-6 leaves lettuce
Firstly, in a pan, boil eggs for 8 minutes. Then, remove them from hot water, cool, peel, and cut them into pieces.
Now, place the egg pieces in a bowl, and add spring onion, and lettuce. Season with salt, black pepper, and red chilli powder.
Lastly, squeeze the lemon and mix it well. Enjoy your egg salad.
