Round

Zucchini rounds are perhaps the most common way to cut this vegetable. To make rounds, simply cut the zucchini crosswise into slices, typically about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick. These slices can be used in a variety of dishes, such as sautéing, grilling, or adding to soups and stews

Half-moon

Dice

Dicing zucchini involves cutting it into small, uniform cubes. To dice zucchini, first cut it lengthwise into slices, then cut those slices into strips, and finally cut the strips into cubes. The size of the dice can vary depending on the dish, with smaller cubes used for soups, stews, and casseroles
