You may argue whether coffee is good for you or not. But if you drink it in moderation, it is a good source of certain essential nutrients. Here is how to make a cup without milk and give your body the jolt it needs.
8-10 soaked cashews 1.5 cups water 1 tbsp jaggery 1 tbsp coffee 1-inch cinnamon 1 block of chocolate (optional)
Soak cashews overnight. Add them to a blender.
Add water to the grinder along with a cinnamon stick.
Fold in coffee powder and jaggery powder.
Drop in a block or two of chocolate and blend the mix.
Once it’s frothy, pour it in a glass.
Add powdered chocolate on top and enjoy.
