This variety has lots of tamarind paste along with other ingredients that gives it a perfect blend of taste.
Prepared with a North Indian touch, this sambar has lentils combined with buttermilk, yogurt and coconut masala paste.
The addition of coconut into the regular sambar can enhance the taste to next level, just make a coconut paste and add while cooking.
