Rinse and roughly chop 2 tomatoes, onions , 1 to 2 green chilies and some coriander (cilantro) leaves.
Transfer the chopped ingredients to a food processor.
Now Transfer the pulp (fine, slightly-chunky consistency )into a bowl.
Add ¼ teaspoon cumin powder, ¼ teaspoon black pepper, sugar and salt to taste.
To get a tangier taste add lemon. Refrigerate in a sealed container to enjoy later.
