1 cup urad dal 1 cup chana dal ¼ cup toovar dal 1 cup boria mirch 1 cup Kashmiri mirch 1 tbsp hhing ½ tbsp turmeric powder Salt to taste Handful of curry leaves

Roast urad dal, chana dal, toovar dal, curry leaves, boria chilli and Kashmiri red chilli separately.

Keep all the ingredients aside to cool down. Transfer everything into a grinder and make a fine powder.

Now, add hing, turmeric powder and salt. Grind into a fine powder.
