Who does not love peri-peri fries? The crispy and salted French fries topped with peri-peri masala are what you need when craving carbs and spicy finger foods. Here is the easy recipe for the spice mix.
2 tsp garlic powder 2 tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder 4 tsp oregano 2 tsp dry red chilli powder ½ tsp black salt 1 tsp dried ginger powder 2 tsp sugar 2 tsp mango powder 1 tsp black pepper 2 tsp onion powder
First, grind red chillies, sugar, and black pepper in a grinder.
Add other spices to the appliance and grind them.
Adjust the salt and combine everything into a fine powder.
Add this peri-peri mix to an airtight jar and store in the refrigerator.
Sprinkle homemade peri peri mix on chips, fries, etc.
