Fed up with merely toasting pecans? For a sweet, boozy candied pecan delight, give it a fusion by adding some bourbon and maple syrup!
4 cups raw pecans 1 egg white 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar 1/4 cup granulated sugar 1/4 cup maple syrup 1/4 cup bourbon
Add egg white and whip until frothy in a bowl or mixer. Now, Uniformly coat the pecans and stir.
Set the oven to 275 °F, line a baking sheet with aluminium foil, and coat with nonstick cooking spray.
Now in a bowl add brown sugar, sugar, maple syrup, and bourbon and mix it well
Coat the pecans with the ingredients now set the mixture onto prepared baking sheet even it out.
Bake for 1 hour at 275° F. Toss and flip every 15-20 minutes, until pecans are done.
Take them out of the oven, now cool them completely and enjoy!
