Peanut butter cookies are considered nutritious and healthy. They are the powerhouse of protein-coated with sugar. However, making cookies can take time but not this recipe. You will need just three ingredients and an air fryer.
¾ cups granulated sugar 1 large egg 1 cup peanut butter
In a bowl, combine all the three ingredients.
Make sure the consistency of the batter is thick.
Scoop a decent amount of mixture and add to a parchment paper.
Flatten the scoops a bit and set the temperature to 150°C.
Bake the cookies in an air fryer for a few minutes.
Let the cookies cool off before biting into them.
