Love Negronis? Try The Boulevardier

By Shireen Jamooji

It's been around since the 1920s but its time this whiskey-based cocktail made a comeback.  With sweet vermouth and campari, it's similar to the Negroni but with a deeper, richer tone.  And it's so simple, you can easily make one at home.

Ingredients

45 ml Bourbon 30 ml Campari 30 ml Sweet Vermouth

Method

Add bourbon, Campari and sweet vermouth into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled. Strain into a glass over fresh ice. Garnish with an orange twist.
