3 cups sugar 1 pinch baking soda 1 1/2 cup besan 3 cup ghee 1/2 cup water
Heat a pan and add ghee to it.
When the ghee is hot enough, add besan and roast it well for 2 to 3 minutes.
Heat another pan and add water. Add sugar and let it boil until the sugar syrup reaches 1-string consistency.
Add the roasted besan to the sugar syrup and keep stirring. Make sure there are no lumps.
When the ghee rises up from the side, add cooking soda.
Then, spread the mixture into a greased plate and let it cool.
When done, slice it into a shape of your choice and serve!
