2 1/2 cups milk 1/2 cup sugar 1 tbsp cornflour 1/2 cup milk powder 1/2 cup fresh cream 1/2 cup litchi pulp 1/2 cup chopped litchis
In a bowl, add 1 cup milk, milk powder and corn flour. Whisk well. Now, heat a pan and add the remaining milk.
In the pan, bring the milk to a boil and let it simmer for 3 to 4 minutes. Keep stirring.
Add in the corn flour mixture and let it cook for 6 more minutes. Make sure you keep stirring it. Then, cool the mixture.
Add in the litchi pulp along with fresh cream. Mix well. Pour the mixture into a container and let it freeze overnight.
When the mixture is semi set, blend it again and add chopped litchi. Now freeze it again.
When done, serve the litchi ice cream and enjoy!
