Love Falooda Kulfi? Make Falooda From Scratch

Ingredients

1 tbsp cornflour 1 cup water 4 cups Iced water   

Step 1

In a bowl, add cornflour and water. Let it boil while you keep stirring it. Turn off when the mixture becomes translucent. 

Step 2

Take another pan and add iced water to it. 

Step 3

Using a sieve, transfer the cornflour mix into the iced water. The mixture should fall like long shreds into the water. 

Step 4

Keep the noodles or sev aside and let it stay like that.  

Step 5

You falooda is ready. Take glasses and add falooda, flavoured syrup and ice cream. Serve!
