Internet is obsessed with knafeh chocolate, which originated in Dubai and has a delectable pistachio filling. The pistachio cream and dark, complex chocolate pairs like a dream and gives this desserts its unique taste. Let's explore its recipe,

Ingredients

3 high quality chocolate bars 2 tbsp coloured candy melts 2 Tbsp salted butter 1 cup finely chopped kunafeh ¼-⅓ cup pistachio cream 1Tbsp Toffee Bits 2 chocolate biscuits 5 tbsp dulce de leche

Step 1

Melt the butter in a skillet on medium heat. Add the chopped kataifi pastry and cook on medium-high heat, stirring continously until golden brown. Remove from heat.

Step 2

Add the pistachio cream to the pastry and mix well. Melt the candy melts in the microwave until just melted and then stir to do away with lumps.

Step 3

Drizzle the melted candy melts onto three of the chocolate moulds and let it set for about five minutes.

Step 4

Break apart and melt the chocolate bar in the microwave. Add the remaining half of the bar in small pieces and stir. This will make sure you have the perfect crunch.

Step 5

Spread a thin layer of the melted chocolate into the moulds, covering the side walls, and turn the mould upside down over a parchment sheet.

Step 5

Remove the moulds from the refrigerator and press in half of the pistachio filling into the moulds. Then sprinkle the chocolate cookie crumble and dulce de leche into the moulds and refrigerate.

Remove the moulds from the refrigerator and pour melted chocolate over the hardened filling and spread evenly. Refrigerate for 20 minutes till it hardens.
