We get hold of a large variety of dry fruits namely almonds, walnuts, pistachios, figs, raisins and apricots which are packed with significant amount of protein, minerals and vitamins. They not only provide sufficient energy but also are easily digestible. However, dry fruits should be consumed in moderation. Take a look at the things that must be kept in mind while consuming dry fruits.

When consuming dry fruits, ensure that the quantity does not exceed one-fourth of the cup. Excess quantity could increase body weight.
