1 kg. Dosa batter 200 grams butter 200 grams cheese 1 cup mayonnaise 1 cup tomato sauce 1 cup schezwan sauce 1/2 finely chopped coriander 1/2 cup finely chopped onions 1/2 cup finely chopped capsicum 1 tbsp pav bhaji masala
Heat dosa skillet properly. Grease it with oil and sprinkle some water and wipe it with cloth. Spread ladleful of dosa batter.
Add butter, mayonnaise, tomato sauce, schezwan sauce, coriander, capsicum, onion, pav bhaji masala, mix and spread it evenly.
Further generously grate cheese over it and let it melt. Cut dosa into strips with pizza cutter and roll it.
