Every bland food can be suddenly transformed into a delectable feast thanks to the magic of podi masala. It also provides the most basic ingredient a distinctive personality.
1/4 Cup Sesame Seeds 10 Kashmiri red chillies 3 Tbsp Oil 6-8 Curry Leaves 1/4 Cup Urad and chana dal Salt to taste
To start with take a pan on medium heat add sesame seeds and roast them until golden.
Now Take them out in a bowl and cool them. Add oil in pan and add in dry red chilies.
To the same pan also add curry leaves, chana dal and urad dal. Roast them well super well until golden.
Cool the ingredients well and take a blender add the ingredients and blend it until smooth.
Now check the taste, and add salt accordingly to the podi masala. Your delicious podi masala is ready!
