Love Chia Pudding? Here's Alia Bhatt's Special Weight Loss Recipe

Ingredients

2 tbsp roasted chia seeds 1 cup coconut milk 1 scoop protein powder Stevia drops Fruits and berries (optional)

Step 1

Roast chia seeds on medium flame and let them cool completely.

Step 2

In a bowl, mix the protein powder and coconut milk. Add the stevia drops.

Step 3

Add the chia to it and let it refrigerate for an hour. Serve with your choice of fruits or berries.
