1 cup besan 1/2 cup grated paneer 1 chopped onion 1 tomato 2 chopped green chilies 1/2 tsp black pepper 1/2 tsp ajwain 1 cup Handful of coriander leaves Salt to taste
In a bowl, add besan, grated paneer, onion, tomato, green chillies and all the spices.
Add water to the mixture and form a liquid-consistency. Add more water if required.
Heat a non-stick pan and add little olive oil. Pour some chila batter and let it cook.
Cook from both sides and place some grated paneer with coriander leaves on the top. Sprinkle some salt and black pepper.
Fold the chila and let it cook for a few seconds. Turn off the flame and serve the chila hot.
