Peanut butter and banana - both are filled with nutrients that help you gain weight in a healthy manner. Here is a simple smoothie recipe for you to try out.
2 bananas 2 tbsp peanut butter 1 tbsp oats 1 tsp honey 1 tsp chia seeds 1 tsp cinnamon powder 1 cup milk
Put the banana, peanut butter, oats, honey, cinnamon powder and milk in a blender.
Give everything a good mix till you get the consistency and texture right.
Pour in a glass and add some chia seeds. Garnish with banana slices and enjoy!
