Sooji chilla is an easy breakfast that can be prepared in under 15 minutes. You can make it nutritious by adding veggies of your choice to the batter. It is also a perfect recipe to send to your kids' lunch box.
1 cup rava Water as needed 2 tsp ENO Salt to taste 1 tbsp lemon juice Oil as needed 1 tsp red chilli powder 1 chopped onion ½ cup boiled corn ¼ tsp pepper 1 chopped tomato 1 tbsp coriander leaves
Mix rava and water in a bowl. Keep it aside.
Meanwhile, chop vegetables, and mix them with lemon juice, red chilli powder, and salt.
Adjust the consistency of sooji batter and add Eno or fruit salt to it.
Spread a ladle full of this batter on a hot griddle.
Once the batter solidifies, add vegetable mixture to the top.
Serve it with chutney and enjoy.
