This rich and creamy dish is made with mushrooms spiced in onion-tomato gravy. Here is an easy recipe make it at home.
250 gm mushroom (boiled and chopped), 2 tomatoes, 1 onion, 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste, 4-5 cashews, red chilli powder, 1 tbsp coriander powder, 1 tbsp kasoori methi, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1/2 tsp haldi, salt as per taste
In a pan roast tomatoes, garlic, onion, cashews and ginger till slightly brown and blend them to form a paste.
Add this paste in a pan and cook. When it starts boiling add the required masalas according to your taste.
Then cook on low flame for 5 minutes. Lastly, add the boiled mushroom in the gravy and stir. Serve hot.
