Sattu Smoothie: Protein Rich Drink To Make At Home

Savour the delectable and wholesome Sattu smoothie, effectively combining the richness of toasted chickpea flour with your preferred selection of fruits. 

Ingredients 

1 frozen banana, 1/2 cup -100gms Sattu, 5-6 soaked almonds, 1-2 dates, 5-6 soaked black raisins with water, 1 tsp gulkand, cool water to adjust consistency.  

Step 1

Put everything in a blender and blend until smooth. 

Step 2 

To make a smooth and creamy mixture, blend at high speed. 

Step 3

Check it once, and if it's not sweet enough, add more honey. 

Step 4

If the mixture is too thick, add milk a little at a time and combine again. Put the Sattu smoothie in a glass and enjoy chilled.  

Just blend everything and garnish with saffron and rose petals if you’re feeling fancy
