Get a taste of something new with Chips Cocktail Bhel, a fusion snack that combines traditional bhel ingredients with the crunch of potato chips.
Chips - 120g Onion - 1 medium size Green chillies - 2-3 Fresh coriander - HandfulTomato - 1 medium Lemon juice - Half a lemon Chaat masala - 1 tbsp Aloo bhujia/sev - Handful
In a large mixing bowl, crush the mixed chips into smaller pieces.
Add the chopped onions, tomatoes, and coriander leaves to the bowl.
Drizzle the lemon juice over the mixture. Mix well to ensure all the ingredients are coated evenly.
Sprinkle chaat masala, red chili powder, and salt over the mixture. Toss gently to combine.
Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
Serve the Chips Cocktail Bhel immediately and enjoy the crunchy, tangy, and spicy flavors!
