Mushrooms are versatile, easily accessible, and make for a perfect choice to prepare a delicious snack. If you are hosting friends or work buddies, here is a recipe for mushroom tikka that is a must-try for you.
For Marinade 1.5 tbsp oil ½ Greek yoghurt 2 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder ¼ tsp turmeric powder ½ tsp cumin powder & garam masala ½ tsp black pepper powder 1.5 tsp coriander powder 1.5 tsp kasuri methi 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tsp chaat masala 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste Salt to taste
For Mushroom Tikka 1 diced onion 250 grams mushrooms 1 cup bell peppers 2 tbsp butter 1 cup capsicum
Take a large bowl and mix all the ingredients for marination. Keep it aside for a while.
Wash mushrooms thoroughly and slice them.
Cut onions, capsicums, and bell peppers in uniform sizes.
Add the vegetables to the marinade and coat them nicely.
Arrange the marinated veggies on a skewer and cook in an oven, air fryer, or stovetop. Serve with green mint chutney.
