400g mutton mince 3-4 spring onions, chopped 2 tbsp gram flour 1 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp green chilli paste 1 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp cumin powder Salt, to taste Oil, for frying

Place the mutton mince in a large bowl then add the remaining ingredients.

Mix well and marinate the mutton mince for at least two hours or overnight.

To make the kebab, grease your hands with oil and make equal-sized kebabs with the marinated mutton.

Heat oil in a large iron tawa, then add each of the kebabs without crowding the vessel.

Cook the Kacche Gosht Ke Kebab on both sides until golden brown and done.
