Corn Bhajiya, a popular monsoon snack, is a delightful combination of sweet and savory flavors that will tantalize your taste buds during the rainy season.
In a bowl, mix corn kernels, gram flour, rice flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, and chopped coriander leaves.
Add a little water to make a thick batter.
Heat oil in a deep pan for frying.
Dip each corn kernel in the batter and drop it into the hot oil.
Fry until the bhajiyas turn golden brown and crispy.
Remove from oil and drain on a kitchen towel to remove excess oil. Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
