Ingredients

1 cup Urad dal flour 1/4 teaspoon baking soda 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup water 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder Oil for frying Curd Tamarind chutney Green chilli chutney Chopped coriander leaves

Step 1

Combine urad dal flour, baking soda, salt, water, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin seeds, and coriander powder. Mix well.

Step 2

Drop spoonfuls of batter into the hot oil and fry.

Step 3

Serve hot with curd, tamarind chutney, green chilli chutney, and chopped coriander leaves.
