Cheesy street corn recipe you will drool on. Simply made with Mexican cream, cheese, and lime juice. Tangy and tasty!
4 ears fresh sweet corn 1/3 cup Mexican cream Cheese 1 tsp chili powder Fresh lime 1/4 cup fresh coriander
Set the oven to 450°F and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or by spraying it with nonstick cooking oil.
Place corn on baking sheet after shucking it and removing all leaves and silk. Flip and bake them until golden at 450° F.
When they are done baking, top them with 1 Tbsp of cream, bake again for 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
Now take them out on platter Remove garnish with cheese, chili powder and squeeze 1 lime over top.
This tangy creamy corn is ready! Finish with sprinkle of coriander and enjoy!
