Little Hearts Brownie combines the crunchy fun of Little Hearts with the richness of brownies. A perfect treat for those who love texture and flavour combinations.
100g Little Hearts 100g dark chocolate ½ cup butter ¾ cup sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla extract ½ cup flour ¼ cup cocoa powder ½ tsp baking powder A pinch of salt
Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease a baking tray and line with parchment paper.
Melt dark chocolate and butter in 30-second intervals in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring between each interval.
Add sugar to the melted chocolate mixture, stir well. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and a pinch of salt.
Fold dry ingredients into wet mixture until combined.
Fold in crushed Little Hearts for a crunchy twist.
Pour into prepared tray and bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool before slicing. Enjoy your Little Hearts brownies with an extra crunch!
