Smoothies are the best way to have a refreshing and healthy start. If you are a smoothie fan, why don't try litchi smoothie this time? It is easy to make and healthy. Here is the recipe!
1 banana 8 to 10 litchis ½ cup curd ½ cup milk ¼ cup orange juice 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 tsp honey or maple syrup
In a blender, add peeled, seeded and frozen litchis, Also, add peeled and sliced banana.
Add in the curd, milk and orange juice. Blend everything together.
Then, add the vanilla extract along with honey or maple syrup.
Blend the ingredients until smooth.
When done, pour into a glass and serve!
