Litchi Shikanji: Refreshing And Relaxing

Ingredients

Handful of mint leaves 150 ml litchi juice 100 ml soda 1 lemon ¼ tsp chaat masala ¼ tsp roasted cumin powder 1 tsp chia seeds (or sabja seeds) 1 tsp sugar ¼ tsp black salt ¼ tsp black pepper Ice 

Step 1

Take a chilled glass and rub a lemon slice and mint on the rim. 

Step 2

Add mint leaves and squeeze a lemon. Add chia seeds and crushed ice. 

Step 3

Add sugar, black salt, black pepper, roasted cumin powder and chaat masala. 

Step 4

Add in litchi juice and soda. Stir. 

Step 5

Garnish with mint leaves and lemon slice. Serve chilled!
