One of the popular desserts served at Indian gatherings is fruit custard. It is cold and loaded with fruits, and the creamy texture makes it irresistible. Here is a quick recipe you can try.
3 tbsp custard powder 2.5 cups milk 4-5 tbsp sugar ¼ cup warm milk 1 medium banana 1 medium apple ½ large mango 1 pomegranate
Wash the fruits and refrigerate them so that when you cut them, they are cold and refreshing.
Heat 2.5 cups of milk. While it heats, mix the custard powder with warm milk.
When the milk is hot, gradually pour the custard blend and mix it.
Taste the concoction to see if it needs sugar.
Keep the custard blend aside and let it cool. Refrigerate it.
Add chopped fruits into the blend and the fruit custard is ready.
