Diwali brings a high festive spirit with traditional munchies and rich foods. If you want to detox your body after the festivities, you can try making these light salads to ease your body.
Greek Salad can be made with cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, and cheese with an olive oil dressing.
For a protein-rich salad, mix boiled chickpeas, onion, tomato, and pomegranate with spices and make chana chaat.
To make beetroot salad and add a natural colour to your salad bowl, mix in chopped beetroot with other veggies.
It can be made with sprouted beans, chopped onion, cucumber, tomato, spices, and a squeeze of lemon.
With diced avocado, sweet corn, cooked quinoa and black beans, you can make a healthy salad.
