Made with lemon juice and champagne, lemosa is very similar to the classic mimosa.
4 oz zilch brut bubbles 1 oz lemonade 1 oz blueberry syrup Zest of a lemon 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 cup of blueberries 3-6 blueberries for garnish
Combine blueberries, lemon juice and lemon zest in sauce pan over medium heat. Stir until blueberries Burt, about 3-5 minutes.
Remove from the heat, strain into glass and let cool. Then, add zilch brut bubbles and lemonade to the glass. Enjoy.
