Lemon tea is a tangy and soothing beverage which promotes healthy gut flora, hydrates the body, improves the skin, aids in weight loss, and reduces inflammation. It is also good for people who struggle with nausea. Here is its easy recipe.
2 tsp honey 1 cup water 1 tsp white sugar 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
Gather all the ingredients on the kitchen counter.
Pour water into a cup and microwave it for 30-60 seconds.
Water should not be boiling or hot enough to burn your tongue and lips.
Add sugar and stir until it dissolves. You can also add more honey.
Squeeze lemon juice into the cup and stir the ingredients.
Enjoy warm lemon tea with breakfast or evening snacks.
