In just 5 minutes, you can have tangy, aromatic lemon rasam with zero oils. Here's how to whip up a light and nutritious supper in no time.
Water - 500 ml Chopped Coriander - a handful Curry leaves - 2 tbsp Green Chilli - 1 (finely chopped) Garlic - 3 big cloves (crushed) Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder - 1/2 tsp Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp Salt - as required. Lemon - 1 (juice of one whole lemon)

Take water in a bowl and chopped coriander, Curry leaves, green chili, crushed garlic give it a mix.
Now add, lemon juice, asafoetida, cumin powder, pepper powder, salt. Mix it well and it's ready.
You can rest it for some time for it to get more flavourful.
Serve it right away with hot rice and enjoy.
