Lemon pepper chicken is a flavorful nonveg dish that combines tender chicken with the vibrant taste of lemon and the aromatic essence of black pepper. It is a delectable blend of citrusy and spicy flavours that is sure to tantalise the taste buds. This dish is both simple and incredibly flavorful, providing a delightful experience for the palate.
250g Chicken Salt to taste 2 tsp black pepper 2 tbsp lemon juice 3 tbsp yogurt ½ tbsp ginger garlic paste Fresh Mint and Coriander leaves
Combine all of the above and marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes.
Now add 2 tbsp oil to a pan. Add cinnamon stick, whole black pepper, cardamom and bay leaf. 2 chopped garlic, 2 green chillies. Sauté it and add your chicken to it.
Cook both sides for 15-20 minutes on low medium flame until golden brown! Add cornflour slurry (1 tbsp corn flour, black pepper and water) and mix well. Add a little water if the mixture gets dry. This is optional, you can skip it as well!
