Leftover Dal Sandwich That Makes For High Protein Breakfast

Have leftover dal from dinner? Here’s a perfect way to make your brekkie a high-protein one! 

Ingredients

1/2 Cup Onion , finely chopped 1/2 cup Tomato , finely chopped 1/2 cup Cucumber 1/2 cup Cheese , grated 1/2 tbsp Chilli flakes 1 tsp Oregano 1 tbsp Butter Left over dal 2-4 slices of bread 

Step 1

First add a layer of dal on a bread slice. Add the veggies one by one on it.

Step 2

Place a slice of cheese and sprinkle the seasonings. Top it with another slice of bread.

Step 3

Now, add some butter in a pan and put the sandwich on it. Let it cook until it turns golden brown.

Step 4

Take it off the pan and your protein rich dal sandwich is ready to eat.
