Ingredients

1 cup leftover dal 2.5 cups flour Salt to taste Water according to requirements 1 teaspoon red chilli powder 1 teaspoon ajwain

Step 1

In a deep pan, add flour and make a hole inside it.

Step 2

Add dal into the well and sprinkle salt to taste, ajwain seeds, and red chilli powder.

Step 3

You can also add chopped green chillies if you would like to make hari mirch paratha.

Step 4

Mix the ingredients so that dal and flour can be combined. Add water as required to knead the ingredients into a dough.

Step 5

Cut small dough balls and roll them into triangular or circular paratha.

Step 6

Serve the paratha with chutney, sauce, raita, or sabzi.
