Immensely flavourful chilli garlic oil can be used for sauteing meats and veggies, drizzling over ramen bowls and more.

You'll need 6 garlic cloves, 2 tbsp crushed red chilli flakes, and 1/2 cup soyabean oil.

Peel and thinly slice your garlic cloves and set aside.

In a heatproof glass bowl, add the crushed red chilli flakes.
In a pan, add the oil and put it on medium-low heat.
Once the oil starts heating up, add in the sliced garlic.

When the garlic starts turning brown, take it off the heat and pour it into the bowl with chilli flakes.

Cool it before storing it in your refrigerator, where it can stay good for upto a month.
