Step 1

Mash cherries to extract the juice and strain it. In a glass jar, combine the cherry juice with the brandy and sugar.  Stir well, cover and set aside in the refrigerator for 24 hours

Step 2

Bring 2 cups of the juice to a simmer over medium heat. Adjust the sugar and stir in the cinnamon sticks, cloves, and nutmeg.

Step 3

Simmer for 5-6 mins and remove from heat. Strain the spices.

Step 4

Mix the spiced juice with the reserved juice and stir it well. Set aside for two weeks. Serve post that and enjoy!
