Lauki Paneer Cheela For A Protein-Packed Breakfast

Start your day with a nutritious and delightful twist by trying out Lauki Paneer Cheela for breakfast. These savory Indian pancakes combine the goodness of bottle gourd and paneer for a satisfying morning meal.

Ingredients

1 big lauki grated and water squeezed out 6-7 spring onions finely chopped ½ cup besan ¼ cup rice flour salt to taste 1 tsp pepper 1 tbsp pav bhaji masala 1 tsp red chilli powder

Step 1  

Add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well before adding any water.

Step 2

Now add a cup of water little by little to get a thick consistency. Now brush some oil in a pan and then spread the batter thinly.

Step 3

Garnish with crumbled paneer, sesame seeds, kalonji seeds and chopped coriander and spring onion and red chilli powder.

Step 4

Press the garnish with a spatula with light hands. Cover and cook on low flame for 5-7 mins or until the base in golden brown and veggies are cooked nicely.
