1 bottle gourd 1 1/2 cup gram flour 1/2 cup rice flour 1 onion (Chopped) 3 to 4 green chilies Handful of coriander leaves 1 tsp ginger (chopped) 1 tsp carom seeds 1/2 tsp red chili powder 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp black salt 2 tbsp imli chutney Salt to taste Oil to fry

In a bowl, add grated lauki, chopped onion, green chilies, coriander leaves and ginger.

Add in carom seeds, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, black salt, and imli chutney. Mix everything together.

Add gram flour, and rice flour and mix well. Meanwhile, heat the kadhai in a pan.

Drop small portions of the lauki mixture into the oil and deep-fry on medium heat until half done.

Drain the excess oil. Then, reheat the oil and fry the pakodas again till golden and crisp.

Drain the oil and serve with your favourite chutney.
