Ever thought you could make a chutney with lauki peels? Well, here you are!
1 bowl lauki peels, finely chopped 3-4 Green Chillies 6-8 cloves of garlic to taste Salt 1.5 tbsp lemon juice 1 tsp urad dal 1/2 tsp mustard seeds 1 whole red chilli Oil, to fry
Heat oil in a pan and fry lauki peels and green chillies. Cool them down and transfer to a grinder.
Add garlic cloves, with salt and make a paste. Add lemon juice, mix and transfer to a bowl.
Heat oil again and prepare a tadka of mustard seeds, urad dal and whole red chilli. Add to the chutney and voila!
