Mango is the quintessential summer fruit of India. People wait throughout the year for the summer season to get their hands on delicious mangoes. Although mango is yummy when enjoyed on its own, here are seven mango-based drinks that you can enjoy during the summer season.
Blend ripe mangoes with yoghurt, milk, sugar, and a pinch of cardamom powder. Serve chilled for a creamy and satisfying drink.
Blend mango chunks with banana, Greek yoghurt, honey, and a splash of orange juice. Add ice cubes for a refreshing treat.
Blend mangoes with fresh mint leaves, lime juice, honey or sugar, and water. Garnish with mint leaves and serve over ice.
Brew a strong batch of black tea, let it cool, then blend with mango puree, lemon juice, and honey. Serve over ice with lemon slices.
Mix mango puree with coconut water, a squeeze of lime juice, and a dash of salt. Serve chilled for a hydrating tropical drink.
Blend mango chunks with tequila, lime juice, agave syrup, a slice of jalapeno (optional for spice), and ice. Rim glasses with chilli salt for a zesty kick.
