Roselle flower chutney is a regional dish popular in East India. The chutney is sour and sweet, balancing the texture perfectly.You can have this chutney with anything you like such as papads, rice, roti and many more!

10-12 dried red chillies 1 medium-sized onion 2-3 cloves of garlic 1 small tomato 1 tablespoon tamarind paste 1 teaspoon cumin seeds 1 teaspoon mustard seeds 1 tablespoon oil Salt to taste

Firstly, heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, chopped onions, minced garlic and sauté with tomatoes and red chillies.

Blend the mixture after it is cool with some water.

You can also add some sugar according to taste while adjusting the salt.

Then, heat a teaspoon of oil and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and temper.
