1 cup thick yogurt 1 tbsp salt Zaatar, mint and Aleppo Chili (chili powder) seasonings 2 tsp olive oi
In a bowl, add yogurt and salt. Mix well. Pour the yogurt into a mesh cloth. Knot and strain.
When the yogurt is ready, strain properly and create little balls by rolling through hands.
Add seasoning into a bowl and roll the ball. Coat it properly.
In a clean glass jar, stack the balls and pour olive oil.
Store these balls in the fridge. Before use, bring them to room temperature and enjoy!
