La Violetta: A Cocktail Floral And Earthy

Ingredients

1 ounce Boodles London dry gin 1/2 ounce crème de violette 1/2 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed 1 ounce lambrusco 

Step 1

In a cocktail shaker, add the gin, creme de violette and lemon juice with ice. 

Step 2

Shake well and double-strain into a coupe or martini glass. 

Step 3

Top with the lambrusco and stir gently. 

Step 4

Garnish with a dehydrated lemon wheel or fresh lemon twist.
