Kyur, a traditional Dogri recipe hailing from Jammu, consists of a simple mixture of maida (wheat flour) and water. Locally known as Gheur, Kyoor, or Keur, this dish holds significance during weddings and the monsoon season in Dogri households.

2 cup Maida Salt as per taste A Pinch of baking soda

Mix all ingredients with water creating a poring consistency.

Heat ghee or oil in a kadhai, once hot start pouring the batter with your fingers making spirals and let them cook.

Flip it once for even cooking and let them get slightly golden. Transfer to a plate, sprinkle some sugar and pair it with curd.
